Delivery of the Results/Products

Biochip Results
All the result files from any of the Biochip analyses are delivered
electronically to the customer. Any putative excess biological material
from the analysis will be returned to the customer at the same time with
data delivery. BMGen will not store any post-delivery sample material.
Depending on the type of analysis, the results will be delivered to the
customer in the format indicated below:
- The Bioanalyzer result are delivered as pdf files.
- The
Affymetrix results are delivered to the customer as raw and processed data
files: DAT files, CHP files, CEL files, and TXT files. In addition, RPT
files including detailed quality control information for each sample are
also included.
- The Agilent data files are delivered as separate
flat files in TXT format. Detailed quality control reports for each sample
are provided as individual PDF files.
- Solexa sequencing data is
delivered to the customer as unfiltered ELAND_RESULTS format files as well
as the filtered SEQUENCE format files from the Illumina Analysis Pipeline
software. Upon request, BMGen delivers customer all the raw data including
image files on an external portable hard drive. A PDF file summarising the
analysis parameter settings and quality control metrics is also
provided.
Note! If the customer requests basic or advanced
data analyses services, a consultancy session including discussion of the
used methods and interpretation of the results is included in the
service.
Viral Test Results And Products
The capsid titer and RCV test results are delivered to customers by
e-mail.
The viral particles are delivered to the client on dry ice. On request
viral particles can be given as freshly harvested (room temperature). The
live virus titer analyses (IU/ml and p24) and putative excess transfer
vector material are delivered together with viral particles.
