Methylation microarrays allow the monitoring of methylated DNA sequences
within specific regions e.g. CpG Islands, promoters and ENCODE region.
Novel regions of methylated DNA can be identified using whole genome
tiling or custom arrays.
Arrays are available from Agilent and Nimblegen.
